Active ingredient aluminum bottles by Elemental Container are lightproof, leak-proof, rustproof and vapor-proof to ensure the potency and quality of active ingredients including vitamins, oils and bulk antibiotics. They offer a very good barrier against moisture, light and oxygen. We offer bottles for both liquid and powder products.

Active Ingredient Aluminum Bottle - Type 802 (Powders)   With capacities of 2,500 ml (88 oz.) to 32 liters (1,080 oz.) and an inner neck diameter of 102mm (4.01"), the Type 802 industrial aluminum bottle line is suited for shipping powders such as Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API). These bottles are often used for sterile pharmaceutical products. These wide-mouth containers are easily sterilized and sealed with chlorobutyl plugs and tamper-evident aluminum caps.   Click here for more info

Active Ingredient Aluminum Bottle - Type 835 (Powders) Ranging from 2,500 ml (88 oz.) to 29.5 liters (1,082 oz.), these active ingredient aluminum bottles have wider mouths compared to the 802. They have an inner neck diameter of 135mm (5.31"). They are easily sterilized and sealed with chlorobutyl plugs and tamper evident caps. Active Ingredient Aluminum Bottle - Type 1C32 (Powders) These active ingredient aluminum bottles are available in 50ml (1.75oz) and 100ml (3.52oz). They are the miniature version of the types 802 and 835 and are used for stability studies and to store and ship small samples. Click here for more info

Active Ingredient Aluminum Bottle - Type 0220 (Powders) These active ingredient aluminum bottles have capacities ranging from 12,500 ml (422 oz.) to 30 liters (1,056 oz.) and have an inner neck diameter of 220mm (8.66"). Active Ingredient Aluminum Bottle - Type Plus 32 (Liquids) Ranging from 50 ml (1.6 oz) to 1,100 ml (37 oz.), the Plus 32 active ingredient aluminum bottle line has a strong tamper-evident closure and is the smallest of the Plus series. They are ideal for shipping samples or small orders of liquid products. It features a rotatable handle with secondary tamper.proof capability.
